You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. In no event will CM Vantage be liable for unauthorized use or misuse of your username or password. You authorize CM Vantage to process any and all account transactions initiated through your account.

The laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern any disputes of any kind arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Web site, without regard to Wisconsin’s conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in the State of Wisconsin. You agree that if any part of this Agreement is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be stricken and remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Surplus lines insurers are not licensed in the state where the insured or risk is located, although they may accept business from licensed surplus lines brokers, which are located in such states.
